Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Dermal Health website and services provided by Dermal Health Limited, a CQC-registered clinic located at 28 Queen Street, London EC4R 1BB. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Consultations

An initial consultation is required before any treatment. The consultation fee of £50 is deducted from any subsequent treatment booking. During the consultation, Una will assess your suitability for treatment and discuss your goals, expected outcomes, and any associated risks.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. We understand that emergencies occur and will handle these on a case-by-case basis.

4. Treatment Consent

Written informed consent is required before any treatment. You will be provided with detailed information about the procedure, expected outcomes, potential risks, and aftercare instructions. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time before the procedure begins.

5. Payment

Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Treatment prices are subject to change; however, any agreed price at the time of booking will be honoured.

6. Aftercare

Following treatment, you will receive specific aftercare instructions. It is important that you follow these instructions carefully. A complimentary follow-up appointment is included with most treatments to assess results and address any concerns.

7. Complaints

We take all feedback seriously. If you have any concerns about your treatment or experience, please contact us directly at una@dermalhealth.co.uk or call 020 3405 4655. We will investigate all complaints promptly and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

8. Liability

Dermal Health carries full professional indemnity insurance. While we take every precaution to ensure safe and effective treatment, all medical and aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks. These will be fully discussed during your consultation.
